What data we collect

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous traffic data. That covers pages visited, time on page, device type and approximate location. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected by analytics.

If you submit the contact form, the details you provide (name, email, message) are used solely to answer your enquiry.

Why we collect data

Analytics data helps us understand how visitors use this site so we can improve the experience - better content, faster loading and more relevant information.

Sharing data

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Analytics data collected by Google Analytics is processed by Google under their data processing terms.

• _ga, _ga_* - Google Analytics cookies used to distinguish unique users and track sessions. They expire after 2 years. Category: Analytics.

Third-party services

Google Analytics 4 - we use GA4 with Google Consent Mode v2. When consent is declined (or not yet given), GA4 runs in cookieless mode and collects no identifying data. When consent is given, GA4 uses cookies to provide more detailed analytics. IP addresses are anonymised.

Data retention

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (the GA4 default) and then deleted automatically. Contact form data is kept only as long as needed to answer your enquiry.
